How long will my order take to arrive?
Our items are made to order. It takes us between 2-7 business days to prepare your order and then 3-5 business days for delivery.
What is on the packaging?
We ship our products in non-branded packaging. Our company name is abbreviated to 'B Merch' in the senders address box on the shipping label for your privacy.
How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered during checkout where the discount will be applied. A maximum of one discount code can be applied to an order.
How will my purchase appear on my bank statement?
Transactions to us will be listed as 'BMERCH' on your bank / credit card statements.
Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed it is automatically sent to our fulfillment center to be printed, therefore we are not always able to cancel orders. Please contact us if you have an issue with an order you have placed.
